Founded in Talbot County in 2005, Focus works from Kent County to Dorchester County, and everywhere in between, with extensive experience in Easton, St. Michael’s, and Oxford. Their Eastern Shore focus provides competence in navigating regulatory and technical challenges facing waterfront building on the Eastern Shore. Their highly skilled teams are made up of local craftsmen and project managers who live and work on the Eastern Shore.

Bob grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and graduated from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.

Upon graduating from The Citadel, Bob spent five years in consulting engineering roles in South Carolina. He then accepted the opportunity to work in construction and project management. After executing projects throughout the Southeast, Bob accepted the opportunity to work abroad, working 10 years in various countries, including Brazil, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, and Ireland, and undertaking business development throughout Europe and the Far East.

Bob’s international roles included construction management, project management, program management, executive- and director-level roles, managing projects from $25 million to $1 billion in value. Key areas of focus included project/program management, project mobilization, organizational development, project/organization restructuring, and quality, financial and organizational controls and systems.

Bob and his wife, Malin, live in Easton with their two sons Tristan and Hayden, three dogs and numerous other animals.
